★★★★★I bought two barra's and Tammy asked me to come back after 20min for cut and clean. I came back after half hour and still it wasn't done then in rush, she got another worker to cut and clean and packed less, from one fish, more towards the head, pieces were missing.
I realised that once I reached home after the opening the packs. I called the numbers on the receipts and left message for 'Van'. I got a phone call after half hour and she asked me to send receipt which I did.
That was at 12:30pm, I made several call and left messages after that for feedback but no response. Van finally called me at 4:30pm and said, come and pick up fish, she told me to come before 6:00pm. Once I arrived, Tammy told me that she could not give me the fish 'cause Van advised to return the missing pieces or replacement. I made several calls to Van but she never picked up the phone nor responded to my text messages so they all lied to me. Once I got home, I weighed the fish, and it was a kilo less based on what was weighed when I had purchased and paid. I will never go back to this fish shop again. Also, once I raised the issues, Tammy became very agressive and impolite. I had been thier customer for nearly 10 years.☆ Helpful (0)⚐ Report
